Return and Exchange Policy:


Exchange requests or returns on FULL PRICED merchandise are subject to approval by Campbell within 14 days of receipt of goods. Exchanges are made in the case of incorrect sizing or damaged product.
Returns are only accepted if you are shipped damaged product. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, online shopping credit will be given in exchange for the purchased items.

Also note, that with each piece comes a warning stating the proper ways to care for gold plated jewelry. If this is ignored and the plating does in fact fade, a return or exchange WILL NOT be accepted.

If diamonds fall out of a piece Campbell will repair it for you.

We will not refund your original shipping charges and take note that refunds take a full billing cycle to appear on your statement.
