Campbell accepts repairs purchased through campbellcollections.com up to 6 months after the date of purchase at no charge. After 6 months, repairs will be suject to a fee. All repairs must be approved by Campbell prior to sending. Campbell reserves the right to deny and unreasonable repair request. All repair inquiries should be directed to liz@campbellcollections.com. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Product Care:

Campbell gold plated jewelry is delicate and requires special care. To maintain the plated finish, avoid rough or abrasive surfaces. Do not wash hands, apply lotion, or exercise while wearing your plated pieces to avoid earing away the coating. To clean your jewelry, use a soft cotton cloth.
